Earlier this week I purchased pump jacks that extend up to 32 feet. And on Saturday we borrowed a friend's truck, ladder and work platforms, and hauled everything up to KnArrow Haus to get it setup in advance of the siding getting delivered on Monday. I'm taking this coming week off of work in order to make substantial progress on the siding and exterior so that I can get this structure fully weathered in for the coming winter.
For those of you who've been keeping track, the siding was originally scheduled to be delivered last week. I called them and delayed a week due to an unplanned personal project related to my left kidney. Another story for another day.
A friend is bringing his sons Monday to help for the day. If anyone else is available and willing to come up for a day, I could use the help.
