Upstairs layout changes

We're almost complete with the framing. Just the interior framing on the upstairs and the basement are remaining. As the *actual* dimensions of the building have become clearer -- nothing is ever exactly to plan -- we realised a couple things:

  1. We have an amazing, rockstar view out to the North of Liechentberg Mountain, and it just seems right to switch the bedroom and the bunkroom so that the bedroom where the "grown-ups" sleep get that money view.
  2. We also have a little more room to play around with, and so after a few tries, I found a layout that adds a private powder room (toilet & sink) to the master bedroom, but still keeps the layout in the main bathroom so that the toilet room and shower room have doors and can be used independent of the main sink area.
So here's the layout we started with originally:

And here's how we are changing the layout.  (a) Bedroom and Bunkroom swapped, (b) hallway widened to 4 ft., (c) powder room added to master bedroom, (d) main bathroom reconfigured.

In the picture above, the master bedroom is at the top (North) and the bunk room is at the bottom (South).
